General Information

Date: 16 day period from 6h00 Saturday 23 May till 18h00 Sunday 07 June. ALL Proceeds go to charity. Event gift for the first 350 entries. 2. Distances 3.9km: N$120 7.5km: N$190 15.5Km: N$220 You can do the event multiple times during the set 16 day time period. The leaderboard will record your best time Please note: This is a self timed event over a set 16 day time period. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? 1. If you don't have a Strava account, please create a Strava account and download their mobile app. Strava is a platform that allows users to upload information regarding sporting activities they complete. We will be using Strava to track the progress of the participants, and to the generate results. 2. You need to join the OTB Club so we can capture your results on our leaderboard. You can do so by following this link. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 1. Arrive at the starting point of your event. Ensure you either have a GPS/smart watch or the Strava app loaded and ready to track your progress. Instructions on tracking your progress with the Strava app can be found here. 2. Once you have successfully completed the route and recorded your progress with either a GPS/smart watch or the Strava mobile app, you can go ahead and upload your progress to Strava as an activity. From there you will be added to our leaderboard and you will be able to view the results of the event. For more information on how to upload your data to Strava you can follow the instructions here. 3. View the Leaderboard on the OTB Website. The direct link to the OTB leaderboard will be sent out to all participants prior to the opening of the Virtual Race 3. Prizes Lucky Draw Prizes 4. Participants need to assess for themselves (and /or minors) whether they are fit enough to take part. All participants take part in the event at their own risk and indemnify the organisers, sponsors, host and other authorities of any loss or injury, however that loss or injury may be caused which might occur in preparation for, during or subsequent to the event and in any circumstances in which the organisers, sponsors and local and other authorities might attract a legal liability in respect of such injury or loss.
